PRADEEP Sharma
Founder & Chairman
The inspiring journey of Mr. P Sharma began as an Electronics Engineer at Liberty Footwear Ltd. in 1981. Till 1998, P Sharma consistently polished his skills as an engineer and bagged many accolades. He gained interest and experience in the amusement industry as he traveled across the globe.
P Sharma took his entrepreneurial leap of faith and established Bombay Amusement Ride (P) Limited (BARPL) in 2005. He is credited with bringing India’s first four-wheel turning system (people movers) to fruition.
In March 2018, P Sharma’s rich experience in the amusement industry was recognized. He has been officially appointed as the President of the Indian Association of Amusement Park & Industries (IAAPI) to pave the way for a brighter future for the amusement industry pan-India and internationally.
Through Bombay Amusement Rides P Limited, P Sharma’s unwavering dedication continues to shape the ever-changing world of amusement parks and outdoor entertainment
Sanjiv mehta
Chief mentor
Sanjiv Mehta is Advisor & Head Program Development of IBM Innovation Centre for Education. This division of IBM supports universities in India and abroad for 'deep-skilling' students in emerging technologies.
Besides being Member/Advisor of Governing Body/Governing Board of few Private State Universities in India, he has also served as a Member Advisory Board of Pune University Research Park Foundation and Member, Steering Committee for Implementation of New Education Policy at Pune University.
He also guides leadership of Indian Universities/Higher Education Institutes for helping them to become "Future Ready'.
Additionally he holds the position of President, at Bombay Amusement Rides (P) Ltd and advises various start-ups in Strategy Formulation and Revalidation.
Post-graduate from School of Economics, Panjab University Chandigarh, Sanjiv Mehta has over 43 years of experience in IT & other industries. After working at Network Limited (an HCL Group Company), Phillips India and Pertech Computers (PCL) Ltd., he co-founded Cirrus Electronic Systems Limited in 1992 & was its Managing Director. Subsequently he successfully exited the venture in 2002.
As a Core Member of Initiative of Change for Businesses (Pune Chapter) he is also focused on understanding the key 'business ethics & sustainability challenges' faced by the CEOs and facilitating solutions thereof through various (Initiatives of Change for Businesses-ICB) programs.

Ankit's expertise spans IoT, AI, XR, mobile app development, projection mapping, game development, and theme park design. At Enfix, he leads a team of talented professionals, delivering state-of-the-art maintenance software that integrates seamlessly with park operations. His focus on predictive analytics, real-time monitoring, and proactive maintenance measures ensures that amusement parks operate efficiently and safely.
In addition to Enfix, Ankit is also the Director of Smartters Software, a leading software development company, and the Co-Founder & CEO of Azoca Technologies, a startup specializing in interactive technologies. His passion lies in harnessing emerging technologies to create transformative experiences that drive innovation, efficiency, and social impact.
Ankit’s mission is to push the boundaries of technology, enabling businesses to streamline operations, enhance user engagement, and create immersive digital experiences.
